This cardigan was knit for Margaret’s friend Kathleen of Edinburgh. It was done using Frangipani cream 5-ply yarn. The inspiration comes from Michael Pearson‘s section on the wonderful ganseys of Eriskay (pp.75-80). A section on how the “cardiganification” was managed will appear in the “How to…” section in due course.
